Fort Troff

I would like to extend my love for Fort Troff. They have a great online gay sex toy selection and they are very reasonably priced. But the one thing that makes them better than the rest, for me at least, it is their customer service!  

I first started using Fort Troff many years ago when they were selling poppers. They had a great selection and they were some of the cheapest on the internet. They were much cheaper (and the poppers were much better quality) than anything I could buy locally at the adult bookstores. They were (and still are) very quick with their shipping.  

Laws changed, and Fort Troff stopped selling poppers. But I started checking out their other items. They have a huge selection of dildos, cock rings, sex furniture (slings, fuck benches, etc.), lubricants, clothing, and many other sex toys. I bought my first sling and fuck machine from them. Both are great equipment. I still use my sling all the time. I did have a problem with the sling stand when I first received it. One of the arms, didn't have a hole drilled out where a screw went through to hold it together. I sent them a quick message and I received a replacement arm a few days later. 

The fuck machine, that is a different story. When I first got it, I had problems using the machine. It wasn't an error on Fort Troff's end, it was me. It took me a long time to figure out the best angle to work. Eventually, I had the fuck machine pointing straight up, and I would squat over it, letting it fuck me that way. But before I figured that out, I had little interest in using the machine. I actually thought it was a huge waste of time and money. But then the Covid quarantine hit and I suddenly had lots of free time. And I started using the fuck machine daily. Eventually, the dildos seemed too small, and I started ordering bigger ones. By the time I finally returned to work, my hole was able to take monster dildos. My "big" dildos from before, that I would either have to open up a lot to take them or I couldn't take them at all, those were now my small dildos. 

And then the worst thing happened, one day after fucking myself silly with the new big dildos, I went to sit down for a few minutes. I needed a break. I ended up stepping on the fuck machine controller. I heard something snap inside. I grabbed it and tried it. It still worked but, the knob was tough to turn. A few days later, clumsy me, I did it again. As I went to sit down, I stepped right on the controller again. This time, I wasn't as lucky, it was done. I put the machine away, it wouldn't work without the controller. A few months later, I picked out a new machine (from a different online company).  It was super expensive (about 4 times the price of Fort Troff), but I liked some of the features. And I stupidly thought, higher price must mean better machine. Nope, I was wrong. The machine had no power to it. I tried one of my regular dildos, the machine could not push it inside my hole. WTF! The one good thing about the new machine was the legs, they were excellent.  I wrote the seller about the new machine not working, they offered me all my money back. This time, I did better research on finding a new machine. I did find the HiSmith machine that was highly recommended.  It isn't the best machine, but for the money, it is excellent. It was half the price of the machine I had to return. It came with the usual wired remote, but it also included a wireless remote and a phone app that could control the machine (that sold me!) It also had a little better distance in how far it pushed the dildo and better power. 

While I was waiting on the new machine (it was coming from China), I wrote Fort Troff. I asked if there was a way I could buy a new controller since the old one was broken. A few days later, I received a package, it was a new controller, no questions asked. I never expected a new free one, I was willing to pay for it, but they went the extra distance and sent it to me free of charge. I cannot stop recommending Fort Troff!
